Caring for your MunTag:
Imperfections and Design Variations : All of our MunTags are 100% handmade, which means they may contain minor imperfections and design variations. Although we work hard to avoid them, these characteristics are part of the charm of handmade products and are not considered defects.Use and Safety: Our MunTags are durable, however, they are not designed to be chewed or used as toys. They are decorative products and are not intended for use by dogs, who tend to chew their tags. If your dog breaks, damages, or chews their tag, we recommend removing it immediately, as all pet tags can pose a choking hazard. Also, avoid using the tag for unintended purposes, such as opening a metal ring or applying excessive force.
Cleaning and Maintenance: Our MunTags are waterproof and easy to clean. However, it's important to keep the following in mind:
- Do not use alcohol, bleach, acetone, disinfectant, or detergents to clean your MunTag, as these products can damage the material and design.
- Avoid leaving your MunTag exposed to direct sunlight or high temperatures for extended periods, as extreme heat can soften the resin and affect the product's integrity.
- We do not recommend exposing MunTags to seawater or saltpeter. If this occurs, you should immediately wash the MunTag with potable water and hand soap, and dry it with a towel to prevent damage.
Caring for your MunJars:
Our MunJars are custom-made glass jars, designed with great care and dedication. To maintain their beauty and functionality, please keep in mind the following care recommendations:
- Cleaning: Hand wash your MunJar with warm water and mild soap. Avoid using abrasive sponges or scouring pads, which can scratch the glass surface and damage the custom design. We do not recommend washing MunJars in the dishwasher, as high-temperature cycles may damage the design.
- Handling: Handle MunJars carefully to avoid bumps or drops that could break the glass. Remember that, although glass is durable, it is still a fragile material.
- Storage: Store your MunJar in a secure location, away from edges or places where it can be accidentally knocked over. When not in use, keeping it in a cool, dark place will help preserve the design and integrity of the glass.
- Use: MunJars are primarily designed for dry storage. If you decide to use them for liquids, be sure not to fill them to the top to avoid spills and make them easier to handle.
